Review: Keep

Keep Keep by Rachel Van Dyken
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 Marshmallow stars!

I can't believe the amount of Marshmallows Zane devoured without getting diabetics!!

Capture, the first book in the series was a great read, though I was so much distracted by Zane' personality, Marshmallow addiction and nakedness ;)

So Keep came next.

I admit that the first chapters weren't interesting because 'What the hell!' A stuttering heroine!!

Again...

Aren't we done with speaking problems with Dani.

Result..

I stopped reading at some point but came back to finish the book because I had a feeling this would be a wonderful story.

After hitting the last page I wasn't disappointed at all and knew I was right about this book.

I literally cried while reading this story. The feelings Zane's sad childhood evoked were so intense that I wanted to comfort him. The intensity of Fallon's love and support were heartwarming.

Everything about this book was beautiful from the true friendship between all the characters to the heat that sparkled between Zane and Fallon whenever they touched.

Rachel Van Dyken that was really a great piece of art and I can't wait to read about Will and Angelica.

Review: Act Your Age

Act Your Age Act Your Age by Eve Dangerfield
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 hot for daddy stars!

ARC generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

If you're following my reviews, you will know by now that I'm not a fan of hot for daddy fantasies or kinky stuff.

So no spank me hard, tie me to a bedhead or blindfold me and have your wicked way with me things for this gal.

I love the safety of romance because it's predictable and it always insures a happily ever after.

But sometimes naughty me loves a good challenge.

description

So when Ms. Eve suggested Act Your Age, and after reading the blurb, I wanted to test my limits and see if I would survive such a daring story.

description

Tyler Henderson was a 45 years old extremely handsome and bossy guy. After being dumped by his ex-fiancée, Ty filled his boring life with liquid and work until the moment Middleton came to him with that innocent face holding a lemon-curd meringue. Ty knew then that his life would never be the same again.

descriptionShe’d have to look at him and wonder how he was in bed, see him as a guy who could get laid instead of some old man she offered meringues to at work.”

Kate Middleton was a 25 years old engineer with a cute face, a magical smile, a kinky craving of a daddy/daughter foreplay and a crush on her boss as huge as the universe.

descriptionTake off that ridiculous skirt, lie your ass across my lap and we’ll see what I can teach you about obeying orders.”
...“Wouldn’t we get in trouble?”He shrugged. “If we got caught, but seeing as you’ve done everything but hire a skywriter to spell ‘fuck me, Tyler Henderson’in the clouds, I assume you’re willing to take that risk. Now lose the skirt and come lie on Daddy’s lap.”

As much as it was too impossible for Ty and Kate to be together, neither was able to fight the chemistry. Ty always fantasized about being a daddy to a naughty girl and that was the only thing that seemed to satisfy Kate's kinky cravings.

description

descriptionDon’t worry, sweetheart, Daddy likes making your pussy tingle. He likes that you want him to kiss you like a prince in a storybook.”

This is my first book to author Eve and must admit that she has an amazing ability to introduce her readers to the Daddy/ little girl world without offending them.

Act Your Age felt like coming out of an unfulfilled wet dream that would left you panting, craving more and so turned on.

Review: The Castle

The Castle The Castle by Skye Warren
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 Little Virgin stars!

I'm speechless. Totally surprised that I survived such a strong and f**cked up story.
I heard so much about Skye Warren but never got the chance to read one of her books until The Pawn and then the obsession began.
I'm not a fan of dark and erotic books. I like the safety of romance because it's predictable and insures a happily ever after, but the moment I met Gabriel, I knew there was so much to that man than meets the eyes.
And God! As much as it may look crazy, I fell in love with him, with the way he survived the pain and with the way he loved the woman he should've hated.

If you want to curl on a couch and choose one of Skye Warren's books, know that you are getting yourself in a wild, erotic and totally messed up experience where happily ever afters aren't a ring, two kids and a dog.

Review: Arm Candy

Arm Candy Arm Candy by Jessica Lemmon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Book kindly provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

5 Gracie Lou stars!

I was so happy to read Davis's story and so lucky that it was before it's released (Thank you Loveswept).

I met Davis in Eye Candy and from the first moment, I knew that his story would be interesting but frankly it was unexpectedly and gorgeously heart melting.

“I want you, Gracie,” he breathes.
“You can have me, Davis,”

description

I loved the banter between Davis and Grace and the I-hate-you to I-love-you thing was so beautifully and heartbrakingly good that I felt like I was in the middle of the story.

“I don’t want you to fade. I never want to forget the exact way you look when you say my name.” Her expression softens. “I don’t want any part of you to blur in my memory— not your beautiful face or when you wear your hair curly. I never want to forget what you feel like against me when we dance.” I swallow around a thick lump of anxiety and add, “I never want to forget the way it felt when you told me you loved me.”
