I don't really know what to say about this book. Everything started great.
Avery and Tyler met at a parking lot where she was about to damage her ex-boyfriend's car with a crowbar because she caught him cheating on her.
Tyler was starting his music career and he promised his father on his dying bed that he would stop screwing around and pursue his dream.
When he met Avery, it was a love at first sight, but because of Tyler's plans to leave the town for good, they decided to stay friends with limited benefits "like in a platonic relationship with the bonus of kissing".
But the flames of lust soon burned them and they couldn't resist the things they felt when ever they touch.
After the disastrous incident of the barn, Tyler left Avery assuming that it was a curse sent from his father from heaven.
Three years later, Tyler decided that it was time to come back and meet his mum and friends.
Seriously!
It took him three years to come back and see his lonely mother and the woman he claimed to love unconditionally and to fix the horrible mess he left behind?!

Well, sorry if I lost track here.
I was so into this story but the last 30% of the book confused me and really enraged me. I felt that Avery sold herself short while she deserved more than a coward who left her at her lowest moments.
