The moment Eye Candy landed on my kindle!

description

I'm a huge fan of author Jessica Lemmon. Billionaire Bad Boys series was great that I couldn't forget the stories especially that of Eli Crane.

When I saw on Twitter that Ms. Jessica was coming with a new series and that it was inspired by her husband, I wanted badly to read it and see the Lemmony couple in action.

Eye Candy is a friends to lovers story, and though some could see it as a cliché, I think that this kind of stories never gets old.

Vince and Jacqueline were two co-workers (both divorced) who learned how to find peace and comfort in their platonic friendship.

Jacqueline Butler swore off men, and though she never missed the hot stuff who runs in front of her office window every morning looking like an Adonis, dating wasn't on the menu for her.
Hanging out with Vince was so enjoyable that she didn't need another man in her life until she decided to give the mysterious Adonis a shot.

Something she soon regretted...

Hurt from another betrayal, Jacqueline went back to her best friend Vince to lick her wounds but soon, things started to get messy and the man she always saw as a friend started to stirr some strange feeling in both her heart and body.

“Let’s do this, Butler.” I mean it. It’s scary and big, but I mean it. “Do what?” she whispers. “Us.”

Eye Candy is another winning, sexy and light-hearted story that would warm your heart and show you the real meaning of a happily ever after.

“We’re friends. We’re lovers. And we’re together. What more do I need to know?”

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

4 Irish stars!

Start with a lie and you will end up making a ton. That's how Laken became a single mom and a fake fiancée in s heart beat.

Twenty eight days were supposed to be a means to an end. But then love happened knocking off all the plans.

Unsupervised is another sweetness in a bowl of the Imperfect Love delices.

Review: Trust

Trust Trust by Kylie Scott

OMG! OMG! OMG!

I was super excited to read Trust before it's released and you can't possibly imagine my reaction the moment it landed on my kindle. "(Insert happy sigh here.)"

TRUST is a book that proves how much Kylie Scott is a talented author that knows what she does and fully master it and coming up with such a complicated yet amazing story is a great example.

The moment Edie left the Drop Stop bruised with cracked ribs, her life turned upside down. Being the target of her school bulliers for years no longer represented danger, facing death, pain, and nightmares did. She knew that if it wasn't for the boy with long hair who saved her life, she would be the one in the body bags instead of the other two guys.

John Cole's life was perfect. Working as dealer provided him with everything he wanted. When he entred the Drop Stop to get some beer, he never thought that what'd happen could affect his life or change his goals.

When he started spending time with Edie and hanging out with her, it felt like therapy but the moment he knew that she was looking for someone to get rid of oh her v-card, he knew that there were more to their friendship.

But isn't sex is always there to mess up with people's heads.

descriptionThis was great. How stupid of me to have worried about how having sex would change things! Why, the scent of his sweat, feel of his skin, taste of his mouth, warmth of his breath, noises he made, weight of his body, strength of his hands, and his eyes, oh God, his beautiful eyes, never even entered my head. We were still just friends. Excellent. Everything was perfectly fine.”

Edie's presence in John's life was like fresh air, though he never thought that be would want to stick around a girl spending time with Edie felt so normal.

Trust is a an exciting story with guaranteed heart palpitations, mind blowing chemistry and a chance at both life and love.

Review: One-Night Stand-In

One-Night Stand-In One-Night Stand-In by T. Gephart
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 naughty stars!

“I want you inside of me.” I spoke words I’d never said out loud.“You’re in luck, sweetheart.” He grabbed my legs and pulled me further down the mattress, my butt resting on the edge. “Because that’s where I’m going to be.”

Well...This novella surprised me. I heard so much about T. Gephart but I never thought that she was able to write such a mind blowing, heart melting beyound amazing story.

One would think that it's a Vegas wedding cliché. Believe me it's not. One-Night Stand-In is a funny lighthearted story about a woman who was dumped one day before her Vegas wedding but decided to go through the ceremony with a random guy she met at a bar. Six months later she was forced to co-work with a guy from Chigaco and because Karma was a bitch, he nine but her stand in husband

“You know each other?” Noah looked between us, probably surprised the man he had just had a meeting with was on a first-name basis with a member of his staff. “Yes, we do,” Kyle answered before I had a chance to say we didn’t. “Although it’s been a while since I’ve seen my wife.”

If you're into some office naughtiness and some fire on the sheets, One-Night Stand-In is definitely your book.

The Last Guy The Last Guy by Ilsa Madden-Mills
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 “Enormous O. Huge. Unbelievable” stars!

description

The Last Guy is a mind blowing story co-written by two fabulous authors who gave office romance a new definition and made the forbidden look so sweet and tasty.

“We’re gonna regret this.” A long shudder comes from him, and his eyes are heavy-lidded as he watches me. “I don’t think so, Stone. Not in a million fucking years.”
