Bad Habit is the kind of book that made me fall in love with reading!! Second chances have such a power over my heart because...
Second chances are not given to make things right, but are given to prove that we could be better even after we fall.


This is a messed up story with a challenging hero and an off-limits heroine that would make the book look so forbidden and gross.

But...



And...



The age gap and the first kiss would definitely be a dnf for some readers but as much as weird and forbidden this story may look, it was raw, emotional, so real and so beautiful it hurt.

This, right here, is what I was trying to avoid. But, what I feel for Briar transcends logic, rules, and societal norms. She’s so deeply ingrained in me, that I’m not even me without her. My best side was her worst creation.”


From the first chapter, I knew that this author got herself a new fan because everything in this book was fabulous from the story and the characters to the beautiful ending.

I loved you even when I hated you. And that’s how I knew I didn’t hate you at all.”

Thirty Day Boyfriend is another book that shows how talented, witted and hugely skilled Whitney Garcia is.

Some would find this book so cliched because of the fake fiancee theme but believe me Whitney G. is one of those authors who would take a cliché and make a success out of it.

Thirty Day Boyfriend was a funny, sexy and so entertaining story, and though it was too short to satisfy my Nicholas craving and enjoyed every bit of it.

Review: Drive

Before I purchased this book, I read some reviews because I really wanted to see what I'm getting myself into.

All the reviewers agreed that Drive was heartbreaking, full of angst, made most of the readers 'ugly' cry and the worst of all, it's a "love-triangle" story which is a deal breaker for me

And though I knew that Drive would be more than I could handle, I went for it, and here I am, nursing a broken heart and feeling like I need to crawl out of my skin to undo the hurt I felt living the story of Stella, Nate and Reid.

What was it about a woman’s psyche that refuses to let us ignore the old aches, the ancient pains, and the memories of the men we bind ourselves to?

Everyone, at some point in their life, breathes and grieves through song, but for me, it was daily therapy.


Confusion.

God, this story so messed up, so confusing but so beautiful it hurt.

When you match Ms. Lauren Blakel' alphas, Sebastian York' husky voice and those sexy covers designers you will get an explosion of beauties.




Hard Wood is the last book in this more than amazing rom com series. I won't say that Patrick was my best book boyfriend because Nick was always the one for me but he was the most generous and loving man I've seen in this series. What I loved most about Patrick is that he went shamelessly for what he wanted... and that was Mia.

Review: Cuffed

4 Chasing-The-Moment stars!

When I picked Cuffed, I thought that this would be a naughty read that involves a hot cop and some handcuffs...

Well, It's Not!

As much as this story was far from what I wanted to spend my weekend reading, I can't say that I didn't enjoy it. K. Bromberg has that ability to twist your heart and come up with a shockingly, so beautifully written story where ugliness is erased by the beauty of forgiveness.

I adored Grant. His personality was so charming that you would really want to meet him in real life.

Emerson? She was a hell of a complicated character. I loved her. Loved her ability to stay strong and overcome the pain and the hurt that was caused by the one person who should've protected her. But as much as I loved her I hated how mean she was to Grant. I couldnt understand why she hated him or even why she could no longer trust him again. Seriously, Em?!

Overall, Cuffed is a book that's worth reading. It's beautiful in its ugly way. It's painful but with a glimpe of peace, happiness, love but mostly forgiveness.

She needs to see the beauty in her ugly.

I knew from the moment I met Logan Preston in Lucas that he would shatter my soul and break my heart, but I never thought that the blow would be this strong.

Review: Falling Away

I must admit that K. C was my least favorite person in the world, but I read this book because I wanted to see Jax and meet him in person. You know with the I'm Jaxon Trent and I'm seventeen scene, who wouldn't want to.


Then I got to know K. C and saw how much pain she went throug and just like that, she became one of my favorite characters in this series.

The chemistry, the push and pull, the banter and the complications Jax and Juliet went through made this book so enjoyable.

“You’re a damn child. Grow up!” And I gasped as he rushed me and snatched up my bottom lip between his teeth, sucking it into his mouth. Holy shit. Fuck. Did he just bite me? But I didn’t have time to process any of it. He grabbed my ass, still holding my lip between his teeth, and hauled me up, slamming me back against the car door. “This kid grew up,” he threatened in a deep voice, grinding his hard-on between my legs. “And you’re gonna fuckin’ find out.”

See...so yummy!!!

The reason why this book wasn't a 5 star read for me was because Jax frustrated me with his mean behavior toward Juliet. She deserved someone who would feel her pain not make her re-live it.

God! How I wanted to strangle some sense into his stupid head.

And then came “All you need to know,” he whispered in my ear, “is that there’s still shit that bleeds when you’re not around.” and I was a goner.
